Poem: Orange

I wrote this today, while drinking some orange juice and procrastinating on studying for my art history midterm tomorrow.
Orange
Oranges seem to appear everywhere,
creating swirls of orange cream
inside my brain, leaving nothing behind.
Everyday there always seems to be orange juice
stocked in the refrigerator.
Everything looks like an orange.

blowing bubbles
throwing baubles in the air
always laughing
Do we sleep with our eyes
closed?
eat without forks?
